This project is based on the purchase of plots 95/94/1005 and merging, organizing and re-dividing them, as these plots were rocky mountains planted with trees of grapes and figs, which had no economic feasibility due to the lack of water, but they are of a nature that allows building on them more than being agricultural.

Vision and mission of the project:

The objective of this project is to purchase plots of 1005/94/95 and convert the status of use in them from agricultural lands to residential lands, and then merge and re-divide them in a way that addresses distortions in their shape and produces 16 habitable plots of land.
