After the great success of the El-Al and Al-Rawdah Tasnim project, and noticing the demand for rent only, El-Al and Al-Rawdah decided to build another project, Al-Al and Al-Rawdah (Qais) by providing spacious apartments for rent at reasonable prices of high quality by using the best construction tools and with high efficiency in terms of optimal utilization of spaces With the latest engineering designs.

The development impact of the project

Where a rocky land with a stunning view was reclaimed to build 8 apartments, through the optimal use of machinery, as the land was converted into a buildable land.

Through this project, 300,000 dinars were spent, the majority of which was within the borders of the municipality of Al-Aal and Al-Rawda, which contributed to the advancement of the economy in the region and the provision of job opportunities, including the job of a fixed guard for the project and from the people of the region, and giving an opportunity to craftsmen from the region to implement the project. Through this project, streets with a length of 140 m and a width of 7 m were opened and paved at the expense of the company and under the supervision of the esteemed Naour Municipality.
